Trim the wick to -5mm before burning
To prevent tunnelling ensure the melt pool reached the edge of the vessel before extinguishing, particularly during the first burn

Due to the plant wax used and natural essential oils, unlike paraffin wax our wax may develop small sink holes or cracks when setting. This is a quirk of the wax and doesn’t effect the scent or quality of burn
